On Monday evening, April 24th, the Brandeis family paid tribute to all of the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives to protect Israel as well as the innocent lives taken in attacks of terror. Our 7th grade students led a poignant ceremony to honor these heroes, and we were fortunate to welcome several wounded IDF soldiers from the El Ami organization. We heard the heartbreaking stories of Reuven Maganji & Ofir Anidgar who spoke candidly about their injuries while protecting Eretz Yisrael, and how they continue their inner battles while doing all they can to move forward.
